Our story
SRINI builds mission-critical software that quietly powers everyday life. Founded in 2018, we work across public and private sectors — from finance and e-commerce to logistics and national digital platforms.
We’ve grown from 10 people to 85+ by 2023, while maintaining high trust on both sides: employee satisfaction at 4.83 / 5 and client satisfaction at 4.78 / 5. Our work and culture have been recognised as a Top-5 fastest-growing company (2020) and with Estonia’s Family-Friendly Gold Label (2022).
